I will be paying cash for your service. Why do you need my credit card information?
We need to have your credit card information on file to hold your reservation and dispatch one of our cars. We also need to make sure that you are serious about your booking.
How much is standard gratuity?
Standard gratuity (tip) is 20%.
Unless mutually agreed prior to making a reservation, we automatically add 20% gratuity to all orders.

When should I reserve a vehicle of my choice?
ASAP So The Limo still available at the price you were quoted. 25% Deposit is required Charter's & Airport & Point to Point transfer are bill at time of Resveration.
What's your cancellation policy?

What credit cards do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express, as a form of payment.
Is the rate advertised on your web site one way or for a round trip?
All airport transportation rates advertised on our web site are ONE WAY rates. Also, standard gratuity (20%) and 10% Fuel charge will be added during reservation process. Your grand total will be show the following: rate,misc,fuel charge & gratuity
Why make a reservation on-line & How soon in advance do I need to make ?
Book online and save!!! at least 48 hours prior to your airport transportation date. To make sure we will have a car ready for you, please arrange your transportation as soon as possible.
Why your online booking system is showing a rate other than advertised on your web site?
Booking, sometimes you will not see an accurate rate. If our system is showing you a rate higher than advertised or no rate at all, please submit your reservation and we will adjust your rate at the office. Our online booking system does not charge your card automatically. All charges are submitted manually by our representative.
Add round trip information on same resveration, set your pick-up time to your scheduled flight arrival time. We will monitor your flight for any delays or early arrivals
What are pick-up instructions ?

My flight is delayed Or My luggage is lost . Will my credit card be charged for wait time?
No. We do NOT charge waiting time for any flight delays. As long as we have a valid flight number, we know about your delay. We monitor all flights for any delays/cancellations. Simply, call our driver or upon landing and collecting your entire luggage. Let us know that you arrived and your luggage is lost. Call our driver phone # on booking doc.
